The Origin of
“Interview-as-a-Service”

We coined the term “Interview-as-a-Service” and built an entire category around it.
Back in 2018, there was no scalable, structured way for companies to outsource technical interviews while maintaining quality and consistency. FloCareer recognized this gap and introduced a brand-new model — Interview-as-a-Service (IaaS) — where trained experts conduct structured, bias-free interviews on behalf of companies.
Since then, the term has become an industry standard, and FloCareer continues to lead its evolution with innovations like the AI Interview Platform and AI-powered Screening and Coding Interviews.
