FloCareer (“we,” “us,” “our”) is a Skills Validation Platform that includes video/telephonic interviews, online assessments, and applicant-tracking tools. As an Employer/Customer, you (and your organization) use FloCareer to recruit, evaluate, or otherwise engage with Candidates and FloExperts. This section explains how we collect, use, share, and safeguard your information.

Information we collect

Personal & organizational data

• Contact details: name, email address, phone number, company name.
• Account information: administrator settings, authorized users, role assignments.
• Payment and billing details (if applicable).

Candidate & Interview data accessed

As part of your use of the Platform, you may access:

• Interview recordings, assessment results, and reports.
• FloExpert (interviewer) reports and anonymized profiles.

Technical & usage data

• Device, browser, and operating system details.
• IP address and network information.
• Pages visited, actions taken, and time stamps.
• Diagnostic data for troubleshooting and improvement.

Cookies & tracking

• Maintain secure login sessions.
• Understand usage and improve services.
• Measure campaign performance.

How We use your information

• To provide and maintain services (e.g., interview scheduling, reporting).

Employers are responsible for handling Candidate data they download or export from the Platform in compliance with privacy laws. FloCareer cannot guarantee deletion of Candidate data once stored in your systems.

Right to be forgotten

Employers may request account deletion via gdpr@flocareer.com. FloCareer will remove organizational and admin PII within 15 days. Candidate data already downloaded/exported by your organization is your responsibility to delete or anonymize.

Calls/messages to registered numbers

By using FloCareer, you allow FloCareer and partners to call/message your registered phone numbers for interview and service purposes, even if they are listed on a Do Not Disturb (DND) registry.

Cookie opt-out

You may disable cookies in your browser or use provided opt-out tools (e.g., Google Analytics Opt-out Add-on). Some features may not function properly without cookies. See our Cookie Policy for details.

Data retention

• We retain Employer account and billing data only as long as needed for service delivery, legal, or contractual obligations.
• Once no longer required, data is deleted or anonymized.

Candidate Privacy Policy

FloCareer (“we,” “us,” “our”) is a Skills Validation Platform with components including video and telephonic interview platforms, online assessments, and applicant tracking systems. This section explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard Candidate information when you use our services. By participating in interviews or assessments, you agree to this policy.

Personal data

• Contact: name, email, phone.
• Interview Data: audio/video recordings, assessment results, feedback.
• Support Interactions: calls with our customer success (CS) team may be conducted on recorded lines; chat interactions may also be stored and logged for quality and training purposes.
• Other: resume details, profile inputs, work preferences, career-related information.

Usage Data

• Technical: IP address, browser type, device, OS, network information.
• Usage: pages visited, time/date, time spent, diagnostics.
• Non-identifying: language, referring site, time of each visit.

Cookies & tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies. You can manage cookies via your browser’s settings (see Cookie Policy). Note: disabling cookies may limit functionality.

• Your PII (resume, interview recordings, etc.) will be deleted from live & backup systems within 15 days.
• Note: Employers may have downloaded your resume/interview reports. FloCareer cannot delete copies from their systems; please contact them directly.

Calls/messages

You allow FloCareer (and partners) to call or message your registered mobile number for interview purposes, even if you are on the national Do Not Disturb (DND) registry.

Cookie opt-out

• Manage cookies via browser settings.
• You can block or delete cookies, but some services may not work properly.
• We use:
  1. Strictly Necessary Cookies (e.g., login, secure access).
  2. Performance Cookies (usage analytics, ad campaign measurement).

Data retention

• Data is retained only as long as necessary for the purposes above and to comply with law/client agreements.

FloExperts (Interviewers) Privacy Policy

FloCareer (“we,” “us,” “our”) is a Skills Validation Platform that includes video/telephonic interviews, online assessments, and applicant-tracking tools. As an Interviewer (“FloExpert”), you conduct interviews and may contribute interview questions on the platform. This section explains how we collect, use, share, and safeguard your information.

Information we collect

Information from your use of the platform

• Usage & technical data: browser type, language preference, referring site, pages visited, time stamps, approximate location, cookies, search queries, device/OS, and network data.
• IP addresses: we collect IPs as part of standard logging. We do not use IPs to identify you personally and handle them like other potentially identifying technical data described here.

Information you provide directly

• Profile/resume details you share with our team (e.g., professional history, skills).
• Communications with FloCareer customer success/ops.
• We never disclose your password.
• We do not share your personal identifiers (name, email, phone, LinkedIn, GitHub, or other PII) with Corporate Users or Job Seekers.
• Corporate Users may see your alias, work history, and interview history within our platform.

Information you choose to make public

• If you post personal details in public areas (e.g., alias field, profile summary, Q&A posts), that information is public by your choice.

How We Use Your Information

• Onboarding, identity/profile management, interview assignment & scheduling.
• Platform operations, quality assurance (e.g., calibration, anti-fraud), and support.
• Service improvement and analytics (primarily non-identifying/aggregate).
• Legal compliance and security.

What we share (and what we don’t)

We may share your information with:

• Not shared: your direct PII (name, email, phone) with Candidates or Corporate Users.
• May be visible to Corporate Users: your alias, relevant work history, and interview history for operational transparency.
• Service providers: hosting, analytics, communications, (and payouts if applicable).
• Legal: where disclosure is required by law, regulation, or legal process.
• If you receive payments, necessary payout data is shared with vetted payment processors solely to remit compensation.

Confidentiality expectations (very important)

As a FloExpert you may access confidential material (candidate resumes, company profiles, job descriptions, skill matrices, question pools, previous reports, and candidate audio/video). You must:

• Use such information only to conduct the assigned interview.
• Not share, disclose, or distribute it to third parties.
• Not retain or store it beyond completion—delete notes promptly after submitting your report.
• Protect access (e.g., secure your devices/files).
• Do not record, share, or store candidate audio/video outside the FloCareer Platform.

A breach may lead to account termination, legal action, and other remedies.

You allow FloCareer and our communication partners to call/message your registered mobile number for interview coordination—even if your number is on a national Do Not Disturb (DND) registry.

Your right to be forgotten

Email gdpr@flocareer.com to request deletion. Your personally identifiable data (e.g., resume, profile data) will be permanently deleted from live and backup systems within 15 days of receipt.

Note: Interviews you conduct capture your voice and remain available to Corporate Users for candidate evaluation; such interview recordings are not deleted when you exercise deletion of your personal profile data.

FloCareer does not use automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects on individuals. Any scoring or analytics are used to assist human decision-makers.

Children’s Privacy

The Platform is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 18. If you believe a minor has provided data, contact gdpr@flocareer.com and we will delete it.

Exercising Your Rights (DSR)

To access, correct, object to, or erase your data (including the Right to be Forgotten), contact gdpr@flocareer.com. We usually respond within 30 days (or as required by law).

• For Candidate deletion: we remove your data from FloCareer systems within 15 days; employers must delete copies they hold.
• For FloExperts: profile/PII deleted within 15 days; interview recordings you conducted are retained for candidate evaluation.
• For Employers: we remove organizational/admin PII within 15 days; you are responsible for deleting Candidate/FloExpert data stored in your systems.

We apply safeguards aligned with ISO 27001:2022. No method is 100% secure. We keep data only as long as necessary for the purposes described and legal/contractual requirements, then delete or anonymize it.
